The time Lucy and Tim saw each other in the roll call room on the first day, i knew they were made for each other, i just saw a bond in between them and i could tell Lucy and Tim were definitely made for each other. Tim is always determined to have Lucy going the right way when it comes to the job and when Lucy was buried alive i could see Tim just determined to find Lucy, he thought he was the reason that she got buried. He pushed Lucy to do it and was wrong but he was still determined to find Lucy. Tim also has helped Lucy through many hardships, and Tim just putting Lucy through hardships knowing that it will be better for her and her future career, i can see that although Tim is hard on the outside he has a soft spot in the middle. Tim is most definitely made for Lucy and so is Lucy made for Tim.
