after pouring the wax into the plaster ceramic mold, can you put into the freezer, as at the foundry we pour wax into a plaster/silicone mold we put into a freezer to speed up the process, so for just plaster mold do you do that ?
Hi great video. how are you getting the axis to rotate while cutting? i cant figure it out. are you using Next wave post production? I have a shark 520, is you machine more advanced?
yours does seem the ONLY wax into plaster mould tutorial (here on you tube that doesnt involve bronze) so thanks for that this is what I was looking for
one obvious question why didnt you make any locking keys before hand? Also why do you need so many plaster mould pieces when you could have gotten way with just 2?
Hello Greetings from Brazil how can i get the machine manual, could i send it by e-mail? it can be in the original language, then I'll translate it into Portuguese. thanks
Joe, can you point a place where i can buy victory brown? Where do you buy it, pls? Can you point where to buy and the exact name of the other waxes? Would like to search for them.
That "cap" is a spacer bushing to allow the moving arm to clear under the die. Lolololol why are you wearing heavy gloves? Nothing is that sharp or hot!
Nice overview I watched this video before buying mine......I just made a video on making some tooling for my hossfeld bender thought you might like it ruclips.net/video/8wHmjbVyXQQ/видео.html
Hey Jo I liked your video I don’t suppose you can show how to bend angle iron I have a watermill that I have bought over in France and I need to remake the waterwheel and I need anger learn for the underplate and side which is a circle of angle iron approximately 3.6 m in diameter so quite a slow bend would appreciate your thoughts

so the plaster mol does NOT stay in tack and is now not usable, is this correct...anyone?
If you use a release agent (wood soap) before you pour wax you can clean the mold and keep on using it. 😊
Great video this thing is very well designed
You cut carve some groves into the outer surface of the plaster so the wire can sit in it, ie, a channel.

Your brake is missing a cast iron bushing on the offset shaft. Easy to fix or replace and will make that brake work much better.

SculptGL is pretty 😎 and so is Sculptris. If I remember correctly you can download SculptGL (maybe a variant) to your PC/Laptop.
