The woman in the red dress is Diane Smith-Gander, CEW President. One has to ask, why is she wearing such a revealing dress? The more skin she shows, the more silly she looks. Biology tells the male of the human species to be attracted to a fertile female who hasn't had children ... and that means young. So many young females dress revealingly, to show off their youth, their young skin, their lack of sag. So why does Diane show all that old skin? Sure she would have had sex appeal once, but that is long gone. The answer? In her mind, age doesn't matter, it's just discrimination, she's should be just as attractive as a younger woman. This is the mentality of feminism. Feminists like Diane Smith-Gander are deluded.
Diane Smith-Gander didn't have children, so she won't be passing on her genes. Why? Because she was more interested in work and promotion. There is nothing wrong with that, but it is a major reason why she has been as successful as men. If she had been more "normal" and had children, because she liked children, because she wanted to raise children. Then she would not have been so successful.
All intelligent people know there is no discriminatory pay gap between men and women. When reading about Diane Smith-Gander you won't read a word about her being paid less than a man (for the same work). Why not? Because the pay gap is feminist propaganda. The earnings gap between males and females exists because women, on the average, make different life choices and Diane Smith-Gander is living proof of that. She made the life choices that men make. Something she could do because she has no children. She is also living proof that there is no glass ceiling holding women down. The glass ceiling is also feminist propaganda.

I quote: _"Out of her deliberate strategy of hanging out where the boys hang out, came an offer to join the board of Wesfarmers, the WA-based company that owns Bunnings and Coles. Smith-Gander says chairman Bob Every was looking for diversity on the board. As a West Australian woman, she ticked several boxes."_ Translation → despite not having children, despite focusing on career, she was given favour because of vagina. There were better qualified, more capable men, but the job was given to her because of vagina.
So much of Diane Smith-Gander's life is spent artificially boosting women into higher positions. Throw out merit, throw out ambition and work effort. Let's give out jobs based on vagina. She actively promotes discrimination against males WHILST AT THE SAME TIME CLAIMING IMAGINARY DISCRIMINATION against women. The hypocrisy is sickening.
Social Justice? No thanks.
