Wish they would have gone with this version of the vampire in cinema instead Bela Lugosi's version. This version captured the very essence of what a vampire really is: Terrifying, Alien and Absolute Evil. It was this version in the mini-series Salem's Lot that made it a hit and one of the scariest shows on TV.

They did better on this than Hollywood does now 100 years later lol. Now it be a fake CGI vampire with no creepy ness factor at all.
