I went here for the first time with my family because my Dad is from Cebu. I also went here for the 2nd time with my husband, who's also from Cebu, because he said he never visited the place before , so I brought him here. 😂. How ironic.😁😁 . On the other hand, the place was well maintained and I noticed some upgrades. Thank you for the tour, Sir.

Walking Street has been dying even before the pandemic. Foreigners would rather go to Pattaya than there.

Walking street, appropriately named, just keep walking. As previous comments, back in the day you had bars (normal bars) , now you have bars that are so upscale that they look ridiculous for the area. Girls out the front who know that it is ridiculous and only pay a (come inside greeting) not a smile on their faces. Head the other way, under the WALKING STREET Arch, then it gets a little back to the old days. But once you get to Margarita Station ( old Phoenix Hotel area ) you start to find the older good time bars. Good music, girls who laugh and enjoy their work and prices so reduced for drinks, you will wonder why you wasted your time in New Walking Street ( one exception - Paradise Bar).
