Ingredients (Chocolate Cupcakes):
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup oil
