Thanks, it’s just a hobby, I love underwater and aerial photography, I which I was better at it, or that GoPro and drones had been around 50 years ago when I started adventuring. RUclips is my cloud, lol. After being everywhere, we bought a beach house in St. Croix, it’s a special place, we love it, I think you guys will too. Btw, I enjoy your channel as well :)

There are so many jobs available in St. Croix its crazy. It is said that its the only place you have to beg help to take your money. So many millionaires and billionaires. If I wasn't approaching 70 I would run a pool service or landscaping business and simply get rich.

Wife did not like the cold, I went on my own to town, no excursion, and all the footage seen of the aurora was taken from the top deck of the ship that evening. Ship shut most lights off for passengers to enoy

Cruise docks on the pier in Fredericksted, (west side) so your water may be a bit tumultuous. But you are very close. Great spot about 3/4 mile south of pier, Dorsch beach, awesome spot to snorkel, from there once in water head towards the pier, stay in shallow or out towards buoys, very calm clear area with awesome sea life….enjoy

@@travelwithus2there198 Thanks so much! Dorsch Beach is really close to another spot I have saved, so this is further confirmation. What were you shooting with? Your video quality seems a step above from the average GoPro footage I’ve seen.

@@Danielanable Gopro 7 black, I do some editing with Nero Video , really helps. When it comes to shooting under water, lighting and depth change everything, the deeper you go the more you need filter management. Not much with snorkeling, but especially with Scuba.

@@travelwithus2there198 I'm even more impressed now! I rarely shoot anything deeper than a few feet so I haven't invested in any color filters. I've been thinking I need to explore editing options other than iMovie. It's great for what it is, and the price is right, but It's pretty limited when it comes to fine tuning adjustments. Thanks again!
