Anyone getting this I would highly recommend not. I own this and it broke within 2 weeks, customer service told me to repair it myself and sent me a video and said “everyone fixes it” the video is taking the entire thing apart which is basically 30-40 screws, electronics etc.. here’s the video they sent me as if this is a normal thing to ask of a customer on a brand new fireplace at this price point. ruclips.net/video/CUvKM2vCrR0/видео.htmlsi=vXTqwLwnHD__A3yu

The real issue is that they want $9500 for it!

Removed a section in my camper where the entertainment area is and installed. Works great. Instead of propane furnace heat, I can use this ruclips.net/user/postUgkxATHBlMJwipGgVWseuAFKvDQ_5R4_lywo to heat the camper as long as it's hooked up to shore power. Only thing I do not like is there does not seem to be a thermostat. I'm presuming it has a built-in one so it does not overheat. Really like all the other color options it has to offer.

Why no mention of required power supply?

Where do you get replacement remotes? Mine got destroyed by my toddler.
