I have a Waydoo Explorer and having a problem with the speed level. On land when I turn on the battery and pair it with the controller I can hear the motor run and at the various speed levels 1 thru 24, however, when I have the board in the water the motor will only reach level 12 at about 13 mph and no matter how high I increase the speed level on the controller the motor will not go any higher than 12 and will not increase speed beyond 13 mph. Is there something I need to do with the Firmware or anything else that can allow the motor when in the water to run higher than the 12 speed level. I'm getting frustrated. Thanks

Waydoo Folding prop will get you going faster 😁. The Streamline Prop by "Efoil Solutions" even faster yet (based on my use with my older waydoo efoil gear anyway) I prefer doing speed tests sitting 🙃. Nice job pushing the speed standing.

Hi, what does it means when the changer goes from the standby steady blue LEDs, to a slow flashing mode for ~30sec, then 2 pulse flashes mode for another ~30s and final fast flashes until I start worrying and turntable it off at the wall, nothing that even after disconnecting the battery from the charger, the changer keep flashing at the same fast rate until it is switched off from the wall... Any ideal? Is it possible to reset the Battery? Cheers Alain

Waydoo is cheaper because its of lessor quality not because its a "simpler" design. Do a side by side Comparison to a Lift efoil and you will see the differences immediately. The build quality of a Lift is beyond superior. You get what you pay for. You'll still spend thousands on a waydoo but will be very disappointed pretty quickly

How tall are you mate? I weigh the same & just curious for what to do with my setup as thinking about buying up on assecories before waydoo go to the new EVO range

Yes, EPP foam is great, BUT have you ever tried another eFoil brands that also have EPP foam models - like the SiFly Rider? In my experience it is way better than the Waydoo! And they are even cheaper - less than 6k

I've been keeping my Waydoo battery in the mid range to get through the longer winters here in New York. Initially I just barely charged to 3 bars or 75% knowing that it would slowly discharge over time. The first month it dropped to 2 bars so it was in the 50-74% range. The next month I did a quick 5 minute charge to bring it from 1 bar back up to 2 bars which appeared to bring it into the 50-60% range again. A recent check it showed 1 bar again so I was aiming for a 5 -10 min charge but it ended the charge on it's own with 3+ bars after 5 minutes which seemed odd. Is there some kind of long term storage mode that keeps it limited to the mid range? There is no way that a total of 10-15 minutes of charging brought it from 75% to full after 3 months of storage considering it was initially showing that the charge was slowing dropping around 10-15% per month. It literally went from 1 bar or what was supposed to be around 45% up to 75%+ in 5 minutes which doesn't make much sense.
