Just an overall idea how to remove your timing chain tensiinator. Remove ac lines from firewall plastic clips locks Remove 4 bolts (optional) from header cover heatshield( for better cleareance) Remove but not all the way belt tensioner Remove belt from alternator only using a 19mm socket on the tensionator bolt then bolt top bolt 12mm. Nope you can use the standard stock belt . If its cracked just change it out for a new one.
@@z06badboy18 I got the exact same pulley that you installed on my 2zz and when I put on the stock belt it works but was a little bit too loose imo . This pulley is a bit smaller than stock so I ended up buying a smaller belt (continental 4060745) fits much more snug
@@123PSPs oh yes you right i forgot to add that . I do many cars i didn't remember yes i got a smaller belt i think was 1 o 2 inch shorter.

I was able pull out timing belt tensioner and replace o ring on timing belt tensioner. I took off serpentine belt and only loosened bolts on serpentine belt tensioner. I had just enough clearance.

Hey is that a standard 19 mm bolt? I've been told it's a special tool that's needed to go into the side holes as well.
Yes regular bolt regular socket will do the trick.. just your belt tensioner is a special tool ..
They sell it at local autopartes for 10 bucks or so .
@@z06badboy18 I watched another video and it shows you need a tool for the holes on the side of the crank shaft pulley. The aux belt pulley requires a socket.
