I believe the flooding was northeast of Magnolia in the Livingston area. During Hurricane Harvey on 1 area flooded effecting 24 homes.

@Jon Nagel You are right Magnolia is going from a mostly rural area with luxury country estates and small homes on land to more diverse housing options that appeal to a broader home buyer base. In Audubon you will have homes from the 400s to 1 million. In Escondido a first time home buyer will get a great home at a reasonable price. I think these are good things. 👍

I understand your sentiment, but the secrets out. You can blame that on Lyle Lovett & Mel's diner. This is Texas, there's room for all of us. 😊

I do and you know the homeless, crime rate, police towers in grocery store parking lots. I'm headed back to my ranch. Sex shops, CBD, and massage parlors , plenty to choose from. Wait till the next Harvey or Ike, poor leadership has made Willow Creek , a huge flood way. I'm sick. Same thing happening in stage coach and magnolia. Traffic is horrible!! I've been here since 70s. I now keep to myself and more time at ranch. Tomball hospital, your lucky if your loved ones make it out alive. Nothing like all these new crime apartments.

Over full. Schools are full. Can't give a Tomball tour not living out here. People like this are why we're even dealing with all the damn crime now. He forgot to drive in the hoods.

There is a dedicated 55+ community built by Del Webb that is absolutely gorgeous, but if traditional homes are too much upkeep there are also 55+ condo and town home communities near by.

Yes, Riverstone has new construction, but there are many other communities in Sugar Land that are building new homes.
