I stumbled across your page trying to figure out how to add extensions to already long micro locs. I feel like I’m watching myself. My locs are the same length as yours pre extension and almost the exact same color. I’ve been palm rolling about 6 months and I too put mine in my mouth as I go. I will definitely start using aloe vera. Your locs are beautiful!

Not that I know of, I haven't seen any damage so far. But I do plan on cutting them out and trimming my hair instead of removing them tho
