That's so cool that you raised a monkey, and taught it to put a fork on the table!! As I previously mentioned, children at this age don't have the fine motor skills to manipulate eating utensils the same way that older children and adults can. In fact, if you gave a fork to a child this age, there is a chance they would stab themselves in the eye or face with it. My child, who is now 15 years old, eats perfectly with a knife, fork and spoon. Much better than any monkey I've seen. 🤣🤣🤣

As well as the baby and his dad are doing, the contrast between this and the videos where the baby has learned sign language shows where it would have enhanced the work the dad seems to have put into feeding his son.

Haha, I can tell you don't have kids. Babies this young don't have the fine motor skills to use utensils. And not one of my 4 kids were in diapers to the age of 5.

Children have learned to eat this way when they are first starting solids for centuries. The baby is thriving and the dad is hands on, so I see no reason for your rude comment.
Why is this comment so nasty. Were your children all sitting at the table with a knife and fork and fully toilet trained before they were a year old? This smart little boy was doing so well learning to blow on his food if it was hot.
Congratulations on a wonderful dad. This is exactly what I did with my children, encouraged them to talk instead of just crying or throwing a tantrum like a lot of kids do. What a smart and handsome little boy.

You can tell dad taught baby to answer him. That's what I did with all of my kids. I didn't let them whine, I taught them to tell me what they wanted. It also helps to stop tantrums because they can tell you what they're upset about. Great dad
