Normally don't comment on things like this because it's in poor taste. At least put YOUR name on it instead of the master, and put "COVER" in quotes. Or better yet....."three guys in over their heads." I say that in all due respect for having attempted this, and I too am a musician. No when to say when, or at least show that you've practiced the lesser interpretation to pieces, which this does not. Nice guitar. Kudos for a really decent interpretation. Fred deserves a lot of credit for taking on a Metheny piece and ultimately producing something quite nice to listen to.

Drummer makes it hard (impossible actually, I'll leave once I've written my comment) to follow this.

The guitar is supposed to accent the upbeat.

This was when Pat Metheny and Mark Johnson were doing tbe same thing.

Amazing! The whole string of vids for this evening are Fantastic. Hard to believe that in eight years, there are less than 400 views. I love these guys and their music. The only things missing are maybe a visit by Phil and Didier, and a time machine for Hugh, Pip, Elton, Lol, and Phil's brother Steve. Hardly anyone here in America gets this; and I could care less. Marvelous!!!! Thank you to all involved!

Had to come back for a visit. These two guys are so friggin' enjoyable to listen to. I wish they would release a live disc of this acoustic interplay. My "mind over matter" CD is nearly worn out; it's time for a fresh blast from these maestros of magnificence! Bravo!!!!!!
