$76,000? Why? What's the justification?
The seller has around $60,000 into it between materials and paying contractors for labor. Plus a tiny bit of profit built in for all of her efforts and time invested. Just doing research takes time. It is very well built with high quality materials. Very sturdy.
How much land is it on? Looks like it shares a driveway with neighbor? Kinda cool and funky looking

I'm not in the market, yet, but I like it. The ceiling is cool, but the loft wouldn't be kind to my knees. Just curious if it has to come with the colors in this one or can one choose the colors they prefer? For me, if were looking to buy, would be cool with the green, but the purple, not so much. By the way, Happy New Year!
