Ding Tai Fung is a well known Chinese fast food chain in the Chinese speaking world, which mainly serves dim sum and small potion dishes. I am not a big fan of BIG chain restaurants, unless it is an upscale restaurant like Nobu or Hakkasan. However, I had a memorable experience at Ding Tai Fund in Singapore, a few years back. My favourite in the Singapore outlet was the steamed pork bun. Today, after a shopping trip at Selfridges, I decide to have a quick snack at the Ding Tai Fung on the 5th floor.
