Installing Motodynamic's revised (V2) fender eliminator on a 2017 Yamaha FZ07. The 2018-2020 MT-07 is very similar, however, there are a few differences due to the revised body work and tail section.
I kind of like the Freebird Flex Series. I had a bad first impression also. I did the water and shaving cream, and I would rinse it under the sink. Then I used a bowl of warm water, and that seemed to be a bit quicker. I'll try just water next time.
I wonder if my Freebird head will fit on my Groomie Baldie Pro?
I was so mad when it wasn't a skinclose shave, but I got over that pretty quickly, but it broke halfway through it's third shave, and I had to fight them to honor their warranty. I timed it before, and it takes anywhere from eight to 13 minutes to get it shaved.
I post a short of when mine broke, I think it lasted three weeks.
That is such a beautiful revolver!
Love mine! Just put an LPVO on it. Flawless performance.
How long is to long to of hair to use the Freebird?
You look better with your head shaved bald
Thx
I got a freebird and it sucks
@@kfergus3662 I agree, my unit died in less than a month
Ill stick to clippers without a guard. Ive had them 25 years, no way Im buying a new blade for this thing every month.
Check out the razor at 7:51 its falling apart straight out of the box. Looks cheap.
Very very hotttt and sexxxy awesome shaved bald shiny smooth head sexxxy hotttt stallion studd beast master sexxx machine 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 o
I think it's a great razor. It gets close enough for my head. I use a safety razor for my face, but on my head, i get bumps and irritation. It could be a technique, but i can't use the safety razor on my head. For me, this works great. I can shave my head at night and my face in the morning. I have to use it every day to avoid those bumps that pop up on day 2. For someone who can't use razors on their head this will work just a good.
No electric razor will get as close as a regular razor 🪒. Just looking at the quality for the price. I have the skull shaver Gold pro and it does good but it’s expensive.
His eye brow raise when he said this only applies to my head! 😂 Good review though still respect.
Nice tips man! When did you start shaving bald? I’m thinning pretty young so thinking of biting the bullet
I’m 57 and been shaving head bald for 30 years. Too many to count buying and using different clippers, trimmers etc. My head has never felt so smooth after a shave using anything other than a razor. It’s worth using
I had one of these, the blades started to make a grinding noise after a few weeks despite the fact that I cleaned it regularly and the shave quality took a nose dive so I think some internal gear that spun the blades must have gotten damaged somehow. I don't think the 5 blade design is very good.
@@3vilSuperman my unit completely stopped working right under a month after purchase. I uploaded it as a short. I filed a claim with Freebird and they sent a replacement unit out.
How long before you had to get new replacement blades?
@@shymike2007 they last about a month.
This review is so good, thanks!
I ordered this but damn they sent it through pony express
So much more attractive with the hair OFF. 😀
Ещё раз доказывает что Лысая Прическа это очень Классно и не надо Комплексовать что нет на голове Волос.
Very hard to clean blades always clogs and hard to get hairs out they get stuck
Thank you for your review. I purchased this when it was named Freedom Groomer. Seems like after they changed things, the quality may have changed a bit. Would you be in the future consider reviewing the Groomie Baldie Pro?
Thanks for a high quality review. It was tough to find one that felt like a review and not a commercial.
@@jonrice9509 of course, take note my freebird stopped working less than two months after purchase. I made a short about it a few weeks ago. Hope this helps with your decision
Interesting that you were able to get a closer shave in water. Thanks for the review.
I'm 65. I've been shaving my head for 45 years. I've been told I look 30 years younger. My crossfit training probably helps a bit 😎😂😂😂 Awesome informative video soldier 🫡 🇦🇺
Which wahl clipper are you using ?
@@DaggerStreetwear-rc5my The ones used are the “Elite pro corded high performance clippers”. Picked them up probably a decade ago at Walmart for $60 or so.
Im 27 years old and I never shave my hair bald, and I want to do it soon.
thx for the review. I am enjoying this shaver as I am not looking for the smooth, shiny finish. Also, it leaves behind the time-consuming razor + shaving cream, + hot water to open the pores ritual that will still leave the scalp irritated and bumpy. Also, the trimmers come in handy for trimming my beard. Thanks for sharing your opinions. Keep the good work
How does it feel having a shaved head?
Aerodynamic 😎😂
A man with a head shaved bald looks very masculine and confident. I shaved my head bald in 6/21, and I've never gone back. We guys don't need hair!
can only agree about us not needing hair. Usually have slightly longer hair but shaved my head two years ago after waking up with horrible bed hair and deciding on shaving it instead of combing. Wanted to try it out just once but kept it. Makes me look more manly and I feel somehow better with it. It has become easier talking to people.
Shaved looks good though it definitely makes you look older no offense intended ...
Never have yet to try that style of razor for the head. Headblade or Omnishaver, the idea of the form seems too inconvenient. Gillette Mach3 and BIC-Sensitive3 I have found are most easy for me to use for head-shaving. Very noticible is after your first pass, what you did in your next pass was what one would ordinarily do with a typical disposable razor.
Give it a try, having a long handle like on a traditional handle really impairs the maneuverability and increased pressure on your wrist. I'll never go back
im still scared to shave my head....i feel very nervous
nice...im scared to buzz my head....i want someone to do it for me
@@stephanedorion2273 nothing to be afraid of, if you don’t like it, it’ll grow back. I’m sure you can find someone to do it however.

How you manage oily skin on your head?? It drives me crazy
@@davidespinosa8320 I personally haven’t really experienced oily skin. Maybe a tiny bit on the first day of shaving but I just wipe it off and that’s that, just like sweat. I’d recommend a high quality cream specifically for head care and ensure you’re still washing your head when you bathe. Best of luck
I use It all over my head and my face It works great I have the same shaver I bought It on Amazon
Post a video of your shaving routine, i'd love to see it! I've tried using it on my face however it does not get close enough around the mustache area and i'm getting irritation on the neck.
I always like to shave first with a wet razor for a smooth feeling then if there are some stubbles left I'll just glide through my scalp with the head shaver to get the job done.
Did the same today ! Think I’m going to commit to the smooth head from now on thanks for the tips
@paradiseimaging Great Decision! Go For It!!!!
Perfect job!
Thanks!
i got one as a gift, and its going back. feels like you shaving with a kids toys as far as power , feels cheap
Yeah I can see that. Their return process is really easy at least.
Yes, vastly underepowered.
Great wet shaver using water only. Don't use in shower. Friend said it makes shaver turn on and off randomly when not in use.
I'll try that, thanks!
Been Mach 3 blade shaving my head the last 20 years. I’ve tried all the electric head shavers. The aidalls wellup on Amazon has worked the best for me, for a quick shave.
Keep making a video i will supporting you
Sounds like a plan! 🤙
Hmm. I, like you, have a full head of hair that I prefer shaved. But it sounds like you're not all that impressed with it? The shave looked good, but the feel matters a lot. I hate stubble.
Wet shave is superb with just water.
@@anthonymorris4211 how long did it take you to shave your head?is it ok if you hate to razor shave 🪒?
@@bigchieftheman-fi1zf my head got red and cxhapped shortlly after the comment i left. shaving cream actually is best and its not a fast shave with cream. gotta keep rinsing . 15 minutes for me
Thanks. I was not aware that it works to install the HE6 blade oriented 180 degrees the other way to ‘push drive’ with the blade rather than ‘pull drive’. Do you find the ‘push drive’ works best and gives good control?
It depends on the model. My particular model is designed to be "pushed" for normal head shaving. I rotate it and use the "pulling" method when shaving my face and and back neck line because it gets a closer shave for me and removed the need for multiple passes.
Thanks. I was about to update my comment that I figured out the old model is pushed. I just ordered 2 from the Headblade site where they are still available. Could not find the Sport push model on Amazon . Thanks for your informative videos. I first ran across the first one about the time I first started shaving my head back in April. It’s a keeper and I am grateful for a good head shape for it. Should have done it years ago!
@@wharrelljr Yeah I use the sport model and should have probably specified that. I tried the ATX when it first came out and it just didn't work as well for my head. I was lucky enough to snag the stainless steel sport "limited edition" version when they offered it as it appears to be discontinued now. I'll have to try the "new" moto version one of these days to see if it'll replace my tried and true sport.
