bro can u tell me how u achieved the muscle up? i started calisthenics 1 month ago and i can do 10 pull ups in one set but i cant even do chest to bar pull ups, btw the transformation was pretty impressive, keep grinding!
@@ebraheememad9593 first of all: appreciate ur support!🙏🏼❤️ not to answer ur question, if u can do 10 pull ups in a row (perf form), u have the perfect starting point now u gotta work on the chest to bar pull ups (high pull ups), and weighted pull ups. and then u need to learn the swing & movement in the muscle up for this u can practice: - band assisted muscle ups - negative muscle ups - jumping muscle ups also put some straight bar dips into ur push sesh, to make the transition in MU cleaner

@@MindSetBoyz_OG i gained knowledge from youtube & tiktok mostly, and also other athletes. and i usually trained 1-2 hours a day

@@Sigma_time_55 yo! appreciate u watching the vid. in the BEGINNING: i did basics, but also learnt L sit, frog stand, elbow lever, and attempted tuck planche then i started focusing on tuck planche and getting it, while also working planche leans, & pseudo push ups. And i also worked muscle ups. & some random attempts here and there of tuck back & front lever then later after some months, i learnt pike press on my way to HSPU. and i also worked front lever simentaneously. and then i started working touch front lever & press, and after getting press and a lil comfy in touch, i started doing front lever pull ups. and then i started working planche after getting decent/good at hspu. and now i work on more advanced front lever variations like wide touch & one arm. while also working on improving my pull ups and i work full planche hold, and strsddle planche press & push up. so, take a lil by lil work 1-2 skills for push, and 1-2 for pull at the same time, before u move onto the next one dont work muscle up, back lever, front lever, human flag, planche, hspu, oah, all at once for example. take ur time choose what skills u want most atm, while also thinkin about learning it in a way of whats easier-harder have a great day bro🫡☀️

How long does it take to master front lever? I'm currently struggling with one leg💀
full front lever hold, took me about 7 months to learn. and i started from low level (3 reps bad form in pull ups)
workout routine?
mostly used push/pull as often as i could with a lot of • attempts • band assisted • negatives of the certain skills i was working

appreciate the support💪🏽and yes HSPU acc played the biggest role. After locking in on HSPU & getting 4/5 reps. I had the shoulder strength to work straddle with band. 🙏🏼

@@djnj2218 Dips helps over-all pushing strength, like general strength. But for all skills its about specifcity, same for HSPU. u should master lvl 1: pike push ups lvl 2: elevated pike push ups lvl 3: pike float lvl 4: wall hspu & pike press lvl 5: negative hspu lvl 6: free hspu also my split is very different. but i used to train push x3 a week, now i train it 4-6 times a week

had so many, hard to say🙏🏼i just try to have a good structure. starting with the hardest exercise and moving to the easiest. starting with holds, and then doing the other skill work, and finish with the more basic/easier exercises

the low bar? if thats what u mean, then • the short and low is: a dip bar • the long and tall is: a static bar
