Thank you for the in-depth explanation! I’m hoping you can help me: my OKX wallet is holding USDT, and all I have is the seed phrase (island blind tennis trap moment element print chair state hobby actress finish). How do I send it to Binance?
Funny thing my go pro broke early in the build, making me switch to my phone, which I should have videoed landscape vs portrait. Hence the blank spaces that was attempted to be filled with text and or video
I ordered prints had to upscale them . I got first fiberglass coat on and sanding. It was a long haul we had a hurricane come thru and caused home damage. Lot of flooding as well ithas took several months to get this far on canoe. I am hooked though I'm tired of cabinets and home woodworking. I hope to build several boats.
Therefore the built up varnish layers. No fun sanding out scratches and laying on more coats of varnish but hey, scratches are proof the canoe is having a great life!
It was an awesome project that’s for sure! If you didn’t have a timeframe, start one! There’s plenty of spots where you can take a break from it and come back later.
I have heard many shows say that epiphantis can only be used above the water line do you have any questions about it being used on the bottom of the canoe in the water?
You know I haven’t seen much of that. The can says marine grade so I gotta assume it’s good for water. Nevertheless I don’t have any signs of water damage or issue below the waterline. I’m sure if the canoe stayed in the water issues may come up but it spends 99% of its time out of water and dry
Canoe looks Great ! One thing you learned ! Not to use so much glue ! I use the same bottle, but only enough glue to fill about 1/3 of the cove, of the strip. You only need enough glue to hold the strips together, until you fiberglass the hull. After that the epoxy will bond everything.
I really enjoyed the end captions of your experience. I am setting up my stations and bending stems today. Looking forward to my launch. Excellent job.
Beautiful!

Wow… good luck with everything!!
Nice job! Very good looking canoe.
Thank you!! It was a fun build
Absoslutely beautiful job, very, very well done. I would almost hate putting it into the water for fear of putting a scratch on it.
Thank you! It’s definitely nerve wracking taking it out for a spin! Only have done short little joy rides nothing to intense
A canoe is made for water and not for land. No matter how beautiful it is. 😂

'Promo sm' 😇
Dublin international?
Yep! Can do Dublin no problem!
PDX or the further south Eugene airport?
Most definitely! Both those airports I’ve made products for!
Newcastle England?
EGNT? Sure! That one is no problem at all!
I bet you haven’t done the airport in Cairo Ga
Haven’t physically made that one yet no, but could easily! Including the grass strip and everything!
Ooooooh thats so cool
Thanks!! Let us know if you want one!
very well done! this is one of the prettier canoes ive seen built
Thank you! It was a fun project!
Great canoe and we’ll made video. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you appreciate it!
Who is this builder
That would be Aaron Johnson at clear cut woodworking!
Could I email him and get his opinion on building a bigger Cedar Strip Canoe for several days on the water camping and fishing?
I would be willing to pay more than what you see at Bass Pro Shops
He is a cute looking fella I wonder what he is like in person?
I would like to have an 18 ft Canoe I think
Great job, it turned out beautiful. What an accomplishment. I built a ranger too, its so rewarding when you finally get it in the water and paddle.
Yea it sure was a fun build! And a blast to put in the water for the first time
I would like to email you what is the correct spelling of your name? I would like to have one made for me and my mom we like to go crappie fishing
Clear cut woodworking contact is info@clearcutwoodworking.com
When you say estimated $1500 is that materials and labour or just materials ?
No labor added, I did all the work myself. It was about $1,500 in materials/finishes/etc.
@@clearcutwoodworking9963 cheers , just the way you worded it implied your labour time included. Great project , wish I had the time to do one .

Very nice craftsman work . ~$ 1500 but having your family in that canoe PRICELESS !
Thank you! Yes it is priceless!

Whats the final weight and cost?
Weight came in right at 60lbs. Cost, I estimated maybe $1,500, but that’s ballpark. Definitely could have gone cheaper in areas.
A telephone pole! I was thinking it was going to weigh 70#'s! 😂
Yea isn’t that awesome it came from an old telephone pole?! I have to assume it’s really old wood too
Please please please stop wearing gloves while using the table saw or any spinning blades. PLEASE. It's so dangerous.
Nice job, how many hours did it take to make the canoe ?
If you take away the 1,000,000 hours I sat there thinking/googling about the next steps, maybe 300? Don’t have a very good estimate

Very nice!
Thank you!
14 months, to berth a canoe? that's crazy.
A large part of it taking 14 months is I have several young kids and a full time job. Wasn’t in the shop every day, or every week for that matter!
Now that is a beautiful canoe, Enjoy!
Nice!
Great build, well done!
Looking good guy!
