1. Exchange Only in case of damages or different colour or wrong saree is sent.
2. In cases of damage/ missing product/ wrong colour, we will replace it with right product . Refund is issued only if the same saree is not available with us or you can choose to exchange for which we need the unboxing video. The product should be unused with silk mark and folds should be intact.
3. Without video no complaint is accepted .
