Welcome back and happy New Year! I know it’s disheartening but stick with it and try not to focus on that one week. You’ve done amazing. You’ve got a great attitude. Sometimes our bodies do strange things. I’ve been a member of SW for a while and I’ve lost over 4 stone. Last week I lost -13.5 pounds and this week I lost -6 pounds! It’s bonkers. You’ll get the weight off. Just keep plodding my lovely ❤️❤️❤️

Welcome welcome back! I think most people suffer with mental health weather they like to admit it or not. I certainly do. I’ve suffered with depression and anxiety for years it started in childhood then got worse after 20 when I was diagnosed with IBD then at 32 I needed a full colectomy operation due to the disease destroying my colon then after years of being in awful meds mainly steroids I battled to lose weight! I’m doing SW I’m very small 4ft 11 and got 3/4st to lose but only managed 1/2st so far since May it’s been a real struggle mentally to keep on plan constantly and I live on my own with my teenage boy 😅 so have to do everything myself and it can be hard. You are doing amazing good to see you back take care xx
