I setup the "Photocell ON / Timer OFF" mode. It works ok for one day, but the mode never repeats and is off after one cycle. I have to manually activate this mode every day for it to work. Shouldn't it be repeating itself automatically? I also did a factory reset, set the time, setup the "Photocell ON / Timer OFF" mode again and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Is there a detailed manual for this transformer?

Bought a house that has this. There was no manual. I tried to adjust it for daylight time and killed all lights. Found the manual online & still couldn't get the lights to work. They should just transcribe this video as the operation manual. Thanks to it I got it working again in minutes. Actually they should put out a new model with a 21st century user interface.

Ok, ez ON Time + OFF Time. 1 bulb out of 4 is dim, line feed is shared by another which bright …. Why ?

When I'm in auto photocell mode, how do i keep the clock in display mode all the time?

My transformer seems to have stopped working (about a year old). When I press the menu button, nothing happens. Nothing lights up and and I am unable to cycle through the menu options. If I unplug the unit and plug it back it, the light next to the Photocell Auto On/Off lights up (I believe this is the factory default), but once I press the menu button, again nothing happens (I do not have a photocell attached to my lights). Previously the transformer was set for a programmed Time On and programmed Time Off, but I can't even get to the function to set the clock now. Is there any remedy?

If your power outlet is on a timer how do you set the transformer to always turn on when it gets power? Manual always has to be reset each night

Is there a way to turn it off completely?

I hate the set up of this thing. It is so complicated and backwards. It’s like it’s from another era and we bought it like 3 years ago. Once you get the hang of it it’s not terrible but it’s easy to forget all of the extra clicks and steps needed. The workflow this thing should be redone. Very antiquated

Not calling a number. Someone who knows please answer if a fuse exists in this system. Mine stopped powering on. What causes the power to not work? FYI its connected to always on power. Breaker has been checked. No corrosion on terminals. Knowing all of that what about the unit itself causes this not to power on.

Totally confused on the difference on "Time On/Off" and Photocell on. Why would you use both?

I want to have both an AM and PM setting but seems either but not both. Example is come on @ 4AM and off @ 6AM then back on @ 8PM and off @ 11PM. Please let me know how to accomplish this request. Thank you!

How do I set timer so the lights are on all the time even when power it interrupted? I have a programable timer for on/off of power to Hampton Bay transformer.

My lights stopped working a few nights ago. When I looked at the box, the test was flashing. I turned it off and reset the system, set the clock but still no power is going to the lights. This transformer is only 2 years old, could it be that I need to replace it already?

Can Halogen and LED Light would work together in the transformer 300 watts ? Thanks for your time

Does the display on the box turn off after setup or is it supposed to stay on constantly? Mine keeps going dark after 30 seconds

My lights quit working the other night, and I am having trouble getting it back the default setting, even after holding the on/off for the 3 seconds as mentioned. Box has power, cycles through the green indicators and the clock blinks 12:00. I have even reset the outlet. Any further tips or advice to get my lights back on?
