Hi, I'm a knitter from Sweden. I learned how to knit in school about 8 years old (but I kind of had to figure it out by myself because I'm left handed). I knitted little things randomly like barbie attires. But then I didn't knit until I was about 30 and now been knitting actively for 10 years. My biggest project is on the needles a wool coat the houndstooth jacket an all over colour work in drops Nepal. I'm really impressed that your knitting looks so nice. Looking forward to se your progress.

Lovely choice of yarn there! I like drops Alaska for cardigans and drops Nord is my favourite for socks. Wool Warehouse does international shipping so maybe that is a way that you can get drops yarn to Australia. I think Lindehobby may also ship internationally.

I, too, have just started knitting again after 40 years. I am amazed by all of the resources that are now available online. Coincidentally, I started with Drops Nepal yarn and one of their fee sweater patterns. I also have that light, which I bought for quilting, but seem to use for everything. Good luck & enjoy!

Good to hear you're knitting again. Your poncho looks lovely. Like you, I learned when I was a child, but then put the needles down and didn't pick them up again for 30+ years. I've been knitting again for about 10 years now and literally can't stop. I love it. Hope it all goes well for you and your cardigans knit up well.

Ummmm...because you are using printed paper-the term is a journal. If you use post consumer waste <junk> it will be a junk journal.

I think they multply while we are asleep..just like my lace stash. So lovely to hear your voice again.

Great explanation...but because I'm listening while working around the house I missed what u did with those pyramid shapes...ingotta rewatch and pay attention ..I love u told people not to go over thr bend..omg...when I first started popups no one EVER MENTIONED THAT....I was so frustrated ...and I'd go back and redo and redo
