The gimbal and camera is just over 30lbs. We usually run it with a Ready Rig to help with the weight.

I currently run a 6K Pro on a Crane 3S and I really like it. I think though it depends on how you want to use it. The Crane 3S works for us for broll situations where the subjects aren't moving a lot and we move more round them. For more active stuff I would venture to say the Ronin RS3 may be the better option. Mainly because it's not as fussy about how well it's balanced and it can work with some pretty extreme moves. The Crane 3S tends to give up in those conditions.

Well to clarify, we use a Ready Rig with our Crane 3S and Pocket 6K pro build, and we use an Easy Rig with our standard Pocket 6K and Ronin build.

Good question, I should have mentioned in the video. It's only that loud when moving it quickly to set up your keyframes. When it's actually performing the move it's a lot quieter. We have pretty sensitive mics for our interviews and it's never been an issue for us.
