Breathing is one area that a lot of people get wrong when training. Breathe Out as you lower yourself and Breathe In when you raise yourself! Well done though! Subscribed to your channel, your dedication to training warrants it and 300 looks better than 299!

Posted this in an earlier video and you may not have seen it - Had a look through your videos and well done! Great effort and you are doing the exercises right! Keep it up after high school too! Once you get into exercising you will continue through your life. You may have a break but you will go back to it. Noted you are doing the exercises every day, you are alternating the exercises though, but if you ever feel your muscles are sore leave it a day. Overtraining can limit your progress. I am not saying you are, I'm just passing on my experience to a young man. Keep going! 💪💯

Going great, 40 press ups = 💪 With me being a Brit, I gather you are 18. You do not have to say. It is confusing as in the UK you leave school at 16. You can then start work with an apprenticeship etc or go on to 6th Form College where you will do 2 years to 18 years old. These students usually continue on to a degree course. You do not have to go to 6th Form College.

The breathing part of exercise is important and most people have had to practice it. Breath Out as you lower yourself and Breath In when you lift yourself. Also, try the 'plank' to build core strength, and itl will make your press ups more uniform with a straight back. Keep on fighting the battle against yourself, our greatest foe at times.

I don't want to be that guy but if u want to fix your workout don't do your max I suggest u do from 70% to 80% of your max then when it gets easy increase the number That will let u workout the next day without having sore muscles And that will mean ur workouts will have more Volume Good luck
@@FADE_JET thanks for the comment! The thing is my whole idea is that I do my max pull or push ups and about soreness, I've done this so many times that my body is used to it so it doesn't hurt anymore
