I have same printer and it prints a page but gets jam when paper moves about 1-2 inches into the output tray. I can pull the paper out all the way and it is printed. I checked and this bar is not loose like in your video- any ideas?

We tried reset to factory defaults but we see that reset all but not network configuration and security. So what kind of reset is that? when someone lost or forgot the admin pass ? what we can do ? plz !! i would like to have an answer as soon as possible.
