Thank you very much! Quick and without excessive talking.
I wish there were more videos of this format. May be overwhelming, but actually this is a boiled down essence that you need so desperately when you stumble upon another issue while learning FreeCAD.
Thanks for the encouragement!
Best instructions ever. Direct to objective, no b*llsh*t. Thanks.
I really appreciate the efficient and clear steps. Thank you
Very helpful video , but this solid parts designs can i send them to a cnc machining factory so they can make that parts from metal?
Yes, this part could be created using a CNC. I chose a simple part to clarify how to convert an STL file into a Solid Model, which can be modified using FreeCAD.
@@clydeeisenbeis8625 ok thank you very much my friend
@@clydeeisenbeis8625 My friend I did all the steps one by one but my design still has many design triangles on all surfaces with the result that it is not accepted at the CNC Machining Factory. My design is a wheel rim. Ηow can i make it a solid all the surfaces?
@@TasosX After the image has been converted into a FreeCAD format, and modified, "Export" the image as a ".stl" file. Then use a program, such as PrusaSlicer, to "Import" the .stl file. The image should appear as a solid image in PrucaSlicer. Select "Slice now", then "Export G-Code". This produces a file that ends with ".gcode". --- FreeCAD and PrusaSlicer are free. ---
@@clydeeisenbeis8625 It doesn't work that way my friend. saves it with lines from the slice. Rejected by CNC factory. Do you know any other way for the 3D design to be accepted by the CNC factory as gcode or as a STEP file?
This is useless.
Excellent, ensuite pour utiliser dans fusion 360 et recreer un modele à partir de cet Objet.
Abstentions count towards not passing motion. This gentleman is not accurately reporting in Roberts Rules unless it's an old version
See RONR 12th Edition section 44:7 (2a) does cover abstentions --- " ... when not stated, is always the number of members present and voting ...."
The chair CAN make a motion BUT it is not advised
See RONR 12th Edition section 49:12 --- and --- robertsrules.com/frequently-asked-questions/ --- #1 --- "However, the impartiality required of the presiding officer of any other type of assembly (especially a large one) precludes exercising the rights to make motions or speak in debate while presiding .... "
What are the regularly used ics
Some I've used are the Texas Instruments - sn74lvc2g53 - sn74lv4053a - ts5a3359 - ts3a5017.
how do i save this and import as a solid in fusion360?
I'm not familiar with fusion360. The video clip --- NDAcademy.FoxPing.com => 3DPrinting.FoxPing.com => Convert an STL file into a G-Code file --- converts using FreeCAD and PrusaSlicer. FreeCAD can also export to other types, such as STEP.
Thank you. This is the first tutorial that really works for me.
why does it say its not a shell?
It is a solid.
@@clydeeisenbeis8625 I get this error: `17:41:46 Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 2, in <module> <class 'Part.OCCError'>: Shape is not a shell 17:41:46 Cannot convert Craftsman_113_Table_Saw____Out_Table001 because Shape is not a shell.` I think that might have been what @PeanutJellySoup meant?
@@timrohrer2608 Very odd. Perhaps post that question on the FreeCAD forum [ forum.freecad.org/ ] including your FCStd file.
Straight to the point! Very useful, thank you :)
This looks nothing like I get. I open then save the file. I click on the step icon, then left with a blank page! Help!
Set to "Part Design" near the top center left. Then set => View [menu] > Panels > Report view --- Tree View --- Property view --- Combo view
@@clydeeisenbeis8625 Thanks for your help. Got it!.Nice piece of software BTW. I am used to using Altium (electronics) so I thought I would find this easy! Not at all!
Great thanks

thanks, great help.

Why 3x on voltage rating for what I suspect are traditional tantalums? Is this just a general rule of thumb or is it based on practicing an abundance of caution? Some manufacturers like EVX and KEMET show a derating of 50% on the voltage value with their traditional tantalums, polymers fair better and ~20% derating. Would love your comment if possible. My comments are a reflection of the slide at 4:35 for your video, ruclips.net/video/8-jULz1pV40/видео.html
Tantalum capacitors may list a 50% derating at lower temperatures. At higher temperatures they may decrease to a 33% derating (I just verified this in a 133 page Kemet Tantalum Surface Mount Capacitor document - no document number). While using 2x could work, it could have a shorter lifetime. One time, there was a fire at an electronic manufacturing site, for an underrated tantalum capacitor (was for an IBM AS400 control panel). IBM fixed the problem immediately. I always used 3x for tantalum - did not want my products to ever fail.
Hello. My neighborhood is starting a committee and I was hoping to get your consent to use this video. Would it be possible to get a copy of your slides?
You are certainly welcome to use the video! The website RONR.FoxPing.com/ has a Summary and Motions Chart. They condense the contents this video!
Thank you so much!
It's weird how little most learning electronics material covers op amp output voltages, if at all.
Those are pretty cool integrated circuits :)
Didn't know about instrumentation amps. Good video!
Thanks!
That's a really organized way to teach op amp circuitry :)
Thanks! There are more video clips about op amps at ElectronicsIsEasy.com/video-clips/.
Great summary. Do you already have the slide set published and available on line? It would be nice to keep this or something like it in my phone.
See RONR.FoxPing.com/ for a summary and a motion chart
Beautiful video.
Well done!
I appreciate how thorough your discussion is. That said, this style could potentially inhibit effective communication in many formal instances.
The purpose of this video clip was to clarify Robert's Rules of Order. Bylaws can supersede them, to modify aspects that are important to change!
I don't doubt your correctness, Robert's Rules of Order are just too bureaucratic for my liking is all. I liked your video, of course.
Very informative and easy to understand! Thank you.
This seems to a great list of the various procedures and terminology used in governmental and large business meetings.
