I would say there is a time and place for these things and keeping your comments appropriate. For example it’s super weird to yell and stare at her body, or make suggestive comments about her body, that is harassment because you’re embarrassing the woman. Instead, keep your comments civil, avoid anything suggestive or intimate names because she’s a stranger and doesn’t know you like that. A simple “good morning,” or compliment her hair, her clothes, her makeup, most woman like when you compliment the things they put effort into. They do not like it when you compliment their bodies. Also, don’t do it in the middle of a busy street or side walk, and it should be a quick compliment. If the woman is interested she’ll engage in a conversation with you and you can take it from there

Harassment refers to any unwelcome behavior or conduct that is offensive, degrading, or abusive, and is intended to disturb or upset someone. It can take various forms, including verbal, physical, or psychological actions, and is often repeated over time. Harassment is typically characterized by actions that create a hostile or intimidating environment for the victim. None of that was harassment... I live here in NYC. I walked countless hours in the streets and nobody has ever harassed me. I have had people greet me, compliment me or express interest in me but none of that is harassment. Get tf off the internet and talk to someone you freakin weirdos. This is normal human interaction.

This should be an instructional video. How to spot a Terminator walking down the street posing as a human. Because that's exactly how a Terminator would walk. Or an alien from outer space, like in the movie Species or something. People that don't act normally in the normal environment are bad news. They are up to bad intentions. In essence, she is a hostile alien from outer space.

Some of this is creepy and inappropriate, but not all of this can seriously be considered "harassment" as claimed in the end. Furthermore assuming that the worse ones were used for the video the claim of 100+ harassments seems overblown. Not any unwanted attention is harassment.

When I was in Brooklyn, somebody on a motorcycle got robbed in front of us by a guy with one of those folding police batons. He was whacking him in the helmet, which didn’t make much sense but neither does the city. After the robbery a guy yells “greatest city on earth!” And yeah I know that’s said ironically by locals when weird shit happens but are they really that dissociated where you have to yell it after a guy was beaten and robbed
