Hi! I’m Shabnam Jafarzadeh and welcome to my channel. I’m a dance instructor and sports nutritionist. I've been enthusiastic about combining these two interesting fields and nourishing the body by nutrition just as well as soul by dance.Truly I believe that total wellness is not just keeping the body healthy, but the mind is equally as important.

Dance in nature: Yuzbir Reqsi
Immersing myself in nature and dancing in nature is one of my favorite activities. Despite the uneven ground and the heavy hiking boots making it a bit challenging, it remains fascinating to me.
Every particle of nature is constantly dancing, and when I dance in nature, I feel like one of those elements, dancing along. I become one with this flow, and there's nothing better than that.

What is the song about?
It's about longing for the departed loved one...this is the Persian version of the song though, the original Azeri version is called "Sari Gelin" which mean "Yellow bride" and it's about an old folklore story about a blonde (Yellow haired) bride who dies before getting married to the groom who is not her love (This is the version I have heared, there are multiple versions and there's an Armenian version of the song as well)

@@amirmoayeri6730 As far as I know, the sound produced by the collision of a finger with a saucer is called "qeitqilda."
@@amirmoayeri6730 some mistakenly call this dance 'Nalbeki' because it is performed with a saucer, but that's a different dance.
