Padraig O'Morain Mindfulness

Mindfulness author and teacher Padraig O'Morain on mindfulness and related practices such as self-compassion and gratitude. These short (mostly) videos will bring you key practice points and attitudes derived from Padraig's more than 30 years of mindfulness practice and learning. Padraig is the author of many books on mindfulness, published in many countries and languages. His online courses and online mindfulness events are enjoyed by participants all over the world and especially in Ireland and the UK. Many of my events are run on a donation basis to make them accessible to all.
