Tacoma Wireless Light Bar Install
Join Miles and I as we very unprofessionally install a wireless light bar setup in my tacoma. Not really a tutorial but still entertaining. The wiring info is about half way through the video if your looking for actual info!

Nice. I just ordered a 10x14 and now that I see all the room inside I'm glad I went with the bigger size compared to the 10x10

Is this tent worth the price? I’m thinking about getting one for camping in the mountains.

Yes and no! In my opinion ive tried a ton of tents and this is the best all around. Fantastic weather protection, easy to setup by myself in 15 min and is durable. The biggest downside is the size and weight when its packed up. It is very large and weighs 60 plus pounds. Just comes down to how your gonna use it. I do recommend it for the league of tents for the price!

I would suggest you position your ground tarp underneath the edges of your tent in order to prevent pooling of water between the tarp and the floor of the tent during rain. The edges of the floor don't experience the same stress as the more trafficked areas inside the tent.

I love my 10x14; no solar option for me- I tried that one year (too overcast)

Ours is pretty much set up the same way. Solar-gen and fridge, then table with a couple chairs on the right as you walk in. 54 inch wide double sleeping pad to the left and the loft set up over it. The big buddy heater goes under the table when not in use. It still leaves more than enough room to walk around without tripping over our gear, and each other. Propane hoses and solar cables through the bottom corner of the door, zipped tight with a small rag blocking any openings to keep bugs out. I'm a little over kill with my 1/2" x 12" lags but here in the Socal desert winds gust to over 40 mph easily and often. This tent isn't going anywhere. We like to set up an apartment as well. The 10x14 vx model lets us do that and with a 360* view. As my wife says, 'Just cause we're camping it doesn't mean we have to be uncomfortable'. I would have to agree.

I've had one for about 5 years now, and I generally only stake the corners and then across the front unless I expect a lot of wind. For example I had mine at Padre Island National Seashore 3 weeks ago, and I only staked the corners and front. The caveat to that is that I used 2' sections of 1/2" rebar pounded into the ground and then zip-tied the tent's metal loops to the rebar. It was a miserable 20 mph wind day with gusts well above that.

@WildeOnWheels not many videos showing people's setups on this tent. This was helpful.
