How bout you create some food on your own. Create your own spice w out preservatives too. Cut bread intake by 50% an see how good you feel. Enriched means lab created crud and not what g.d intended.. Looks good for once a week cheat though.. No bare minimums make the effort, you can dobit

We had spaghetti. Quick recipe, my own. Just brown ground beef and season as you please with onions and garlic, and your choice sauce and let it simmer with your choice of spices and herbs, your choice of noodles and garlic bread. Fast and easy.

Listen , I have them behind my house 2 miles away. I can hear them ALL THE TIME. The power companies dont take care of them, half of the red lights on top dont work 3 of them went up in flames and the blades are so dirty. And here is the best part, the blades cant be recycled and are buried. You think they're nice? Try living by them.
