In this video, I was using two metal piston rings on each piston. Since they are too tough to break in, I decide to change one ring to O ring and try for lower idle speed, it should sounds better.

I really want to know how to do this on my engine. Also trying to design a gearbox that looks like the Harley four speed too (only with out the gearing). Edit: forgot to ask: what motor is that cause I didn’t get one with my engine for some reason.
The motor didn't come with the engine, I bought it myself, it's a 370 motor which I planned for generator. Look forward to see your gearbox tho.😁

it's actually a generator I planned for the ignition system, I'm also working on the "distributor" to make it more like the real engine, still a demo tho.
@@jiangxiaoxu8035 I *really* hope that you might produce a batch of distributor kits… I would buy 2 kits for each of my FG-VT9 engines immediately! This is by far the coolest accessory I’ve seen for the Cison Panhead… I love the timing dots on the distributor rotor! 🤩😵💫🤩

The fan is 3D printed.

The underside of the base is also a flat surface, the base is actually an aluminum case, all the wires are hidden in that case, also with some rubber cube inside to reduce the resonance.

Your plug wires aren't fully seated in their boots. Look closely and you can see the spark arcing between the wire and the boot.

No, I don't think so. Their structure is completely different. By the way, I just got a new intake, checkout my other video.

please make tutorial adjusting the timing...
It's nearly impossible to get the same performance from the stock condition. Here are several modifications I made: 1: adjustable hall sensor kit from cison.(two hall sensor with opposite direction) 2: two magnets on the flywheel also with opposite direction.(one magnet only trigger one hall sensor in one rotation) 3: heavier flywheel addon. (to lower the idle) 4: adjustable intake valve.(to adjust mixed feul balance on each cylinder), 5: customized exhaust pipes. (to make it sounds better). Last, just have to spend lot's of time on tuning the two needles, and adjust the ignition timing.

Yes, I spend lot's of time on ignition timing, and the nidle adjustment as well.

Hi, glad you like it! I bought this exhaust pipe from the designer of this engine, it's 3D printed stainless steel, and I polished it to make it looks shiny. You could try to email him to see if he still selling it.
