6 warrior nerfed btw xd Shoutout scoreboard scrapper too :) We were talking about it at the end of the vid, but taking scoreboard scrapper first actually won me the game. To start, I went on a loss streak all the way down to the 16 health you see me with. So, I was permanently in the bottom 4 the whole game, which gave me a TON of AD/AP.

This was technically recorded from patch 14.16, before 9 Faerie became popular as an OP comp :') So I guess you could say I'm a pioneer of sorts heh... i really like the way you have explained. i went through a lot of vids for this game and all of them just talk & talk but never explain step by step how to play. hope you do more vids like these for other games. i rarely subscribe or like stuff but you deserve it!

@@rockodecto i would be happy to see you play & teach other deckbuilding games out there like Monster Train, Vault of the Void, Inscryption, Griftlands, Gordian Quest, etc. I think you get the idea :)

My problem is that for my first win, I overbuffed my leader so much that now the final boss is nigh unbeatable, at least by me. It has high health, self healing, slapback and frenzy! Not to mention the companions, one of which is the big pink dude with insane buffs. I am steadily getting to the final boss more often, but I get fully wiped within minutes at my old self… Pretty frustrating. I like the premise, but this unforeseen consequence is just a bummer…
That...is super unfortunate LOL -- if you watch through my new series of videos (the 1.1.0 patch ones), I actually talk about not over-buffing your units for that exact reason. Though, the fact that you already did it is real unlucky ^^lll I mention this in the videos too, but see if you can figure out a strat specifically around the final boss fight, and try to tailor a deck with the necessary cards!

Hey thank you for your video. There aren't a lot of folks who explain this game so I appreciate it. Some feedback: when teaching try to lay out your points before hand and then go through each point individually. For example 1. Gameplay 2. Card affects. Also, having learning outcomes" by the end of the video you will be able to". It's really hard to follow you. It might be my ADHD but to increase the accessibility of your content, it would be nice to have the teaching organized. 😊

Seriously, really really appreciate it :) These videos were made on a whim, so I might go back and try re-recording them and making them more structured as you said. Especially now that the game has changed after updates and such. But honestly, thanks for watching and thanks even more for review!
No problem dude! I'm in a graduate program and I'm so used to saying " thank you for the feedback" now. We can never improve unless we assess ourselves and try again! That being said, I'm loving Wildfrost! I too have many game hours in Slay the Spire.

Glad you're able to find/take time for yourself and enjoy games still :) Just releasing some new videos that are *hopefully* a bit more organized, though I can't say for certain.
