Great episode. Very encouraging!! I am shocked to hear that Dr. Umar had this experience as a child with an ET. I encourage all people to do a hypnosis regression and explore those experiences. And I definitely agree with Pluto being in Aquarius is a time set for CHANGE & introspection.
Glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I've had ET experiences and a lot of people I know have as well. I believe sharing about them will be more common as we seek to understand the totality of life more.

I like her honesty about the "fear construct." I experienced that a while go, looking for external help, not believing I can start internally. There was a meditation book called 30 Days to Stop Obsessing by Harper Daniels that I liked. And the Tao Te Ching was cool too.

And i am not necessarily looking for a tribe to join, or waiting for someone else to create the wholesome space--i know i have what it takes to create my own.
