Tsunami water jet saya mengalami kesumbatan saluran air didalam badan mesinnya dan kini tidak lagi berfungsi. Saya telah menghantarnya kepada ejen jualan di Ace Machinery Hardware di Bandar Puteri Puchong untuk dibaiki. Malangnya selepas seminggu, mereka memberitahu saya mesin tersebut tidak boleh dibaiki semula.

Hi Boss, Biasa kalau JLM400A detect tak da bekalan air, mesin akan masih jalan, sekejap ia akan henti, reset dan jalan lagi. So advise kita ialah kalau tiada bekalan air, boss boleh tutup switch pump tu, tunggu sudah ada bekalan air, baru bukan pump on balik.

Hi boss, bypass tu kena pasang one way check valve. So kalau pump ada masalah atau blackout (no electricity), anda tak payah risau rumah akan tiada air guna. Air akan auto switch ke bypass pipe situ.

Hi, yes the hose just plug in with spray gun then can use already. But if you want use Bosch plug-in hose for our Tsunami HPC, both is not compatible with ya. Apologize for it. 🙏
This model version suitable for how many bathroom?or how many shower or pipe which run simultaneously?
Hi, this model is suitable for 5 bathroom with normal shower head ya, if your bathroom is rain shower head = 2 normal shower head. This model version is suitable to install beside water tank (Top Roof), not for main pipe (meter) there ya.

@@darkemperor5557 the bypass piping, if your plumber help you install the water pump, they usually will help you install ya. The water pump usually will not have bypass function, the bypass meaning you need to another piping between the water tank, main pipe, and water pump.

@@darkemperor5557 Yup correct coupling/stopcock or maybe checkvalve. Whether how to do the bypass piping, most of the plumber will know what to do.

Srry that is compatible ya, you will need to change whole set of hose, multi power nozzle & gun in order to use it.
