Hi Daniel I can understand your concern. When the arms are low at the side of the hips there is no hyperextension at the shoulder joint. If the arms were past the midline when they are up above the head that would be a different story. I appreciate the comment.
@nasaguy Hey There That was the whole clip, these videos are part of her program when she's on the road. She was doing 3 sets of 8 with air pushups in between 3 sets of 8. Are you a trainer as well?
