Jim and Maury, 1972. Just as good, guys.
OMG, I've never seen this one before. :)
I love it that we can watch your high school concert performances! You've come a long, long way since then, but you were already good.
GhostontheMoor oh I agree! These are great for their kids to see as well.
You guys were great as always, but whoever was responsible for sound should have been kicked in the ass. Sorry.
From the introduction I take it that Carson and Josh were students at Warren Wilson College in Asheville, North Carolina, for four years. The College offers a degree in music... "Warren Wilson is inextricably linking to our location in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and our traditional music program is firmly tied to the Appalachian region..." www.warren-wilson.edu/programs/music/ Sounds just about right given the music Josh shares with all of us on this RUclips channel.
Curtis Grindahl Carson went to UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in French and creative writing
I think this was high school. Josh went to Butler.
@@carlkolchak4437 I believe Josh graduated from Butler U. in Indiana. He studied video editing and classical guitar there. Obviously money well spent. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Turner.
Wow. Y’all are stalkers.
I hope those were low paid Roadies .
Where was this? This is a very good and early original tune.
What’s this song?
The Right Time is a Carson McKee original. You can find another live version, from a performance in Chapel Hill, NC, on Carson's channel.
A rare one of Josh without the specs! Josh makes any piece (you've never heard before) sound specially good!
Your covers are awesome your originals... beyond words. Keep writin and a pickin
Very good.....you're always so good together.
I've been checking out you and Josh for a while now and both of you are excellent singer and players. Keep on writing and picking, your doing great.
Fantastic!! And -- really? -- even if my kindergarten teacher DOES maybe have the copyright on the dance? -- (Can you copyright a dance?? AND, is it mathematically viable that my kindergarten teacher is still … viable?), I would love to see the band do the "right... , left... , all…" during the trombone parts… Uplifting ditty, I tell ya'
I have loved this song since you wrote it, Joan! And Sage, wow, you are an amazing addition to Joan's performance. Well done, "Sisters!" You both ROCK! Debbie Silver (huge fan of Joan and Sage)
This was recorded in North Carolina in 2011.
I could listen to you all day and night, Joan. Through the magic of the internet, here I sit and get joy from your creativity and talent. Thank you. Abby
friggin' ahhhhsum!
This song is called These Things Live On In Me. I wrote it for Mom's 98th birthday, August 17, 2010. I'm so glad I got to write it and sing it for her so many times before she passed on in February of 2011. Sage thanks for making it sound better! I can see Mom smiling earring to earring. Joan Maute
Bravo!

Wow, this was great to find, dear Mark and David! I was on your channel, dear Mark! David you also have a very warm voice, very pleasant to listen to. And you make a great sounding team! Voices fit also so well. Roeleke
Yay, Dave!! Great song and performance, with your own heart of gold shining through!
Thanks Mark for posting this. You can find lyrics and an mp3 at my web site. Feel free to download, share, and perform. Google "praise the drugs and pass the ammunition".
