just a piece of mind; it seems like your elbows flare more than they're supposed to, and the reason for it is you're not squeezing your shoulders blades back and down. and if you don't do that, for one it's bad for the shoulders, for two you won't be able to use your chest properly and for three, it will affect your base which will prevent you having a good leg drive as well. long story short, keep your shoulder blades back and down for the whole duration. and set it up before lift off, don't wiggle around after you unrack the bar, that's not good. and your grip also seems off, can't really see it but watch this video for the corkscrew grip. it makes a lot of difference. ables you to be explosive, also prevents wrist pain which i had before this grip. ruclips.net/user/shortss5b7-MH3Fq4 keep rocking!
@@mickeychan2223 more so try to pinch your shoulder blades together and down. if you do this, with heavy weights, you will automatically get pinned to the bench. check out this video; ruclips.net/video/JnBRwYgXz1M/видео.html
it kinda looks like you're locking out your knees first which is not good. You want to lock out both at the same time or your just gonna be fucking up your back.
seems like ur rounding ur shoulders a lot at the top, dont try to touch the bar with ur chin, instead arch the upper back and touch the bar with ur chest
Hold on to a higher support like a weight rack or folded bench Pull the weight towards your hip Weight is too much. Control the weight going down don’t just drop it.
This ain’t even a row by any means. Drop the weight and work for muscle activation. You ain’t gonna see any results plus you’ll get injured if you keep this ego shit going
Во первых, где бл пояс, хочешь без спины остаться, дело твое. Во вторых, недосел, и спина прогибается, в общем работа над техникой нужна. В третьих, не стоит так бросать, уж лучше позвать хоть кого-то подстраховать
Not bad at all! I’d love to see you focus on just getting 5 reps at this weight (or even a little lower), and focusing on making that upward movement more explosive and focused. Look up “compensatory acceleration training”, and consider reading Jeff Cavalier’s advice on the subject. You’ll see how occasionally incorporating this into your program can help you with the fundamentals of your squat. Good luck!
Not even that bad dude! The strength is definitely there! Knees caved in and torso could've been more upright. I would suggest having safeties next time 😂
Nice job dude 🤘🏻🕶🤘🏻🎩🎸
Right now, this is the exact limit of my playing. Good to have this for practice!
