I am doubtful of the practicability of this style of kung fu. It's too rigid in stance movement and limb manuoverability. These will become loopholes in real combat and can easily be defeated.

Lung Ying was my introduction into kung fu, my sifu taught us a very stripped down version of the system, and he emphasized this set alot, i couldnt remember the name(i was 12) until i said this video thank you Sifu Cheung.

I have a rare book of just this form, mostly in Chinese I came across and purchased. This is the closest I've found on youtube to the form in the book. The book is by Chow Fook and CS Tang. It is an interesting and compelling form indeed.
