Are these trails public?
In my region of the USA, it is common for individuals to mistakenly assume that powerline trails are public property. However, these trails are not public land. Power companies maintain the right-of-way for their infrastructure, such as power lines and poles, but the underlying land is predominantly owned by private individuals or businesses. Specifically, in this instance, I am riding on private timberland owned by a family member.
Are you allowed to ride these trails? They look fun.

You just gotta love the sound of a two stroke. Thanks for sharing!
I agree, there is just something about the sound of a two stroke that just hits right! I am looking into the electric bikes as well. Mostly because I like to remain somewhat unnoticeable. There are a lot more people that are sensitive to the sound of engines these days. When I was a kid in the 90s I would hear 2 strokes on these same powerlines all the time.
Rather boring
if thats 300 hp I can't imagine what the 325hp ones are like lol
This ski has a decent amount of work done to it with bolt on parts and engine work. It should be making at least 325 in this video. Unfortunately, BRP/SeaDoo limits their top speed so you will need to spend at least a few hundred dollars for a SCOM to override this limitation.
@@BillyRides89 Oh thanks!
Nice scenery man
Thank you!
I'd be on the lookout for Bigfoot! 😂👣Lol
I might have seen him out of the corner of my eye.
me either last saturday I've uploaded the video
Aww! That was nice of you to return the floatie!
Trying to keep our waterways clean!
Did we miss something 🤔
The 12 foot long muskie. If you look really hard you can see him for a split second.
I looked at it real hard and I'm pretty sure I saw the musky with a bass in its mouth.
@@FREEDOM-bk4rv That's why the bass population is so low in Chautauqua lake. People say it is from over fishing, but I know the truth.
I've been thrown off at 65 . 30 is nothing
Agreed. Its not a big deal for people who ride hard and aggressive all the time. However, most people who end up on a PWC don't typically get get thrown off especially on the newer more stable skis. It was also the first time I had my GoPro on when getting thrown. Also, was that 65 MPH on GPS or indicated on the dash? The dash can be accurate to a certain extent. However, you can even see in the video that indicated speed is about 60 MPH but the telemetry data (GPS) shows only 30. I have found that the dash readout becomes very inaccurate when decelerating/cornering.
I got thrown off at 69. Aaalllllright!
Great video! Thanks!
Thank you!
dang that kayo sounds gooooood
@ 18:40 What’s the trick to get the water to come over like that? 🤔
This happens when you turn at a certain angle while pitching the bow downward. It is rather hard for me to describe. If you play around in the water making turns and figure 8's you will discover how the ski reacts to your inputs. You will find that under certain angles at certain speeds, the bow will want to drop a bit. It's all about messing with the fluid dynamics of the lake/ocean water.
@@BillyRides89thanks for your reply It’s looks easier said than done, but I’m quite scared of throwing myself off. I’ll have another play about soon! 👍
@@dean8001 Falling off is part of the fun! I got thrown off last weekend and uploaded a video of it.
Looks like you had a beautiful day, hopefully one day I’ll be racing down the Niagara river
What ski year/model you’re is that?
It looks like a 2021 rxpx 300
Yes. 2021 RXPX 300. It was a stage 1+ in the videos. Stage 3+ currently. @@greatnorth3105
@@BillyRides89 Damn how fast is it with that stage 3?
@@greatnorth3105 I have not had a chance to ride the stage 3 yet. Mark at Powerhouse did that for me after I took it out of the water for the winter. I wanted all of the servicing and winterization to be completed at that time as well. I am only two months out from the 2024 season and I am very excited to find out how it will perform. Unfortunately, Mark did find an issue with the supercharger setup from the factory which caused lower boost numbers. The upgrades we were doing meant that parts had to be replaced and tested. The process included rebuilding everything to handle more boost pressure. Mark had figured all of this out during that process. Short version: I was not getting enough boost to put me in spec with the factory supercharger setup and now I will be making a lot more than what even that baseline would have been. I was getting about 73MPH and now I can expect to be in the 80s this spring.
Is this in Florida? Looks so pretty
Buffalo NY. Lake Erie and Niagara River. (Above Niagara Falls)
@@BillyRides89 ok, thank u
I live off of Lake Ontario. Thinking of getting one of these skis but used. Not paying the 24k for new.

- Moving blazing Fast out there! Over 60mph at 18:35 !! Nice racing & awesome wave jumps!
We were out there with some 5 to 6ft rollers one day this season. It was pretty wild jumping those waves. Unfortunately I forgot my GoPro that day...
