Toxins are sadly everywhere these days: - nutrition (pesticides, chemicals, etc.) - make-up / toothpaste - sunscreen - vaccines - tapwater - medicine like antibiotics destroy our gut microflora.... a similar thing happened to me, 1 week i was fine the next i was unable to walk or lift anything without being in incredible pain. its scary how something like that can happen so randomly and the not knowing exactly what it is thats wrong with your body is terrifying. i really enjoyed positive vibe of the video, the snowy mountain hike looked so cool.
