I wish I could enjoy these movies, even after leaving the faith. It is hard though as a female person who grew up in a conservative community. Movies and media made for young men are all about stepping up, but for young women it's always about stepping down. It was rough growing up with huge aspirations, only to find out that I'm supposed to "step down" in order to fulfill the hierarchal fantasies of religious men. When a christian movie comes out encouraging young women to step up and be leaders and pursue their passions, I'll be satisfied. Unfortunately, I don't see that happening unless christianity fundamentally changes.

Am super excited for this guy's it's just incredible to listen to how the goodness of the Lord is finding expression through not just doing but being as well👍. I want you to know Kendricks and team am glad for the privilege to be in same generation though very far apart but the impact of the Lord's movement amongst his church and body is a global language. Am glad this is coming my way in this season of my life. It's definitely divine and not taking it for granted so help me God🙏

I remember I saw him in “Show Me The Father”.

Assim que esse filme chegar ao Brasil eu vou assistir. Assisti todos os filmes do Irmãos Kendrick e graças ao filme Quarto de Guerra, em 2016, Deus me converteu aos 56 anos. Meu marido e eu deixamos toda uma vida ligada à mediunidade e a 8 anos vamos à Igreja 3 vezes por semana, lemos e estudamos a Bíblia 3 horas por dia e principalmente procuramos praticar a Palavra de Deus. Somos os únicos evangélicos de nossas famílias, e nem sempre eles nos entendem, mas nós todos os dias dizemos: Obrigada, Jesus 🙏
