I did notice that the Ultimate drive stays tighter and more distinct for longer. That's not a knock on the US Dream, but it's a feature I like. I really enjoy that the Dream gets ferocious and juicy easily and would use that sound! They both sound meaty.

This pedal is versatile depending on how you dial each knob. It can play any genre and mimic different types of amp and gain effects; also as booster. Many says this is crap but only few knew this is gold!

What settings did you have on the amp? I also have a 50 Mk1, just got a BD-2 but somehow it sounds nothing like this, it's more like it's waaay too dark and woofy, been trying to eq it and it's getting close but still doesn't sound like this, any tips?

I personally run a joyo american and mosky spring reverb into a rumble 25. Just got this pockverb! Also ordered a pure sky to run in front of the joyo. Really excited. Was going to get a modeling amp but cheap pedals ftw!
