I slightly disagree with you .Gone are the days when housing market was thriving . Many countries in the world ( Europe) started seeing the decline in real estate after 2021 . Smart investors pulled their money out of real estate and invested in stocks , funds, or commodities like Gold . However it's a good time for buyers to buy houses , apt for their personal use, or to rent for another small income . Though, I agree with you that if investors are trying to get rid of their real estate/kind of investment, they should keep their expectations low . Housing Market is unpredictable, when will it bounce back ,no one knows however market usually remains either bullish( hyper) or Bearish ( slow ) for at least 5-7 yrs .

Thanks Talha, nice drone views, and informative from installment payment policy. Still no answer on when the possession will be available for those who are making their payments timely. Normally projects are completed regardless of some non paying buyers but majority of the buyers are paying their dues, that’s not a show stopper for development and possession of any project.
