mine is the same but different. when i’m dozing off my mind kinda goes into racing thoughts at time. when i wake up for like the 30 seconds i feel like something has happened or i need to do something. then i realize none of it is real. it’s very weird and only happens when i try to sleep or wake up

Yooo I just had a hypnagogic hallucination and I have just decided not to sleep until it is bright outside.

Most hypnopompic episodes i found online were really short while mine can make me walk around and doing things i cant control. And i never got any sleep paralysis, also never saw ghost or any ghost related experience during my episodes. I really dont know if my case is really hypnopompic. Its not scary just problematic

My daughter is 2 weeks old today. She is named after her uncle, who passed away last year, 2 days after her older sister was born. We were not planning on having more kids, but I got pregnant unexpectedly. I truly believe it was my husband's brother sending us the missing piece to our family.
