Needs some way to make trigger release that lil bolt, could be easy. And a working magazine of course hah jk
How does it work?
The BBs get pushed through a springy clip.
Unnecessarily slow and painful. If I had a watch this first I would never have printed the bloody thing, out of views of watching RUclips this is by far the slowest and most unprepared tutorial I have ever seen

Make ur bbs smaller. All of this guys designs I orinted shoot plenty far . U just have to either oil it or make sure ur spring is strong enuf . I bought a big bag of springs for these lol
Where do you get the bbs?
the band breaks the hook on the slider every time, am i doing something wrong? the hook seems extremely weak
Either you have a layer adhesion problem or you're using rubber band that is too thick maybe? There isn't much room at the back of the slide so the hook isn't very big either, but it's fine for a 1mm thick band in my tests, even when printed in silk PLA.
Don't pull this out in front of a cop
Would they be scared of a finger sized toy pistol? 😅 Definitely don't pull out my Tickler pistols!
Is this something other than PLA? Tamiya glue will NOT stick PLA together as I have found out.
This is just silk and normal PLA. Apparently Tamiya cement is not glue but something else, but it works well for me. 😅

I keep breaking the slider hook when I take the supports off. When I do it I try to pull them a bit. Is there a better technique?

Excellent model! If you’re ever thinking of making an upgrade later down the road, I would suggest splitting the mag into a few separate pieces, as removing the supports on it and connecting the rubber bands was really difficult.

Does the bb fall out when placing it upside down?
Not too easily, there's little nubs in the barrel that hold the BB in place.
This is awesome bro gonna build one, luckily I have almost everything but the rubber band. Also take your time bro, your dexterity level likes like its at 2 😂

I'm having an issue with the slide. When I pull the bolt it tilts the slide so it's crooked and won't push back smoothly. Any suggestions?
You can try reprinting the slide with a lower layer height or sanding it. Adding some lubrication (silicone spray, WD-40, even coconut oil or baby oil) also helps. Pulling it straight back with two fingers is the most reliable way.
LOVE THIS ALREADY MADE ONE BUT HAVNT GOT THE PARTS YET I COULD HAVE SWORN I SAW A PARTS KIT FOR THIS ON THINIVERSE WHICH MAKES IT WAY NICE AND EASY INSTEAD OF BUYING INDIVIDUAL PEICES BUT I CANT FIND IT AGAIN.. :( DO YOU KNOW HOW TO?

what size do you print it
At normal scale it's about 73mm long.
Any idea how to make the slide function better? It slides well but seems to tilt when using the bolt making it stick.
Have you printed the old slide or the new updated one? The new is even thickness and round at both ends. It should already be smoother than the old one. But if you're already using the new one, you can try adding some lubrication in the hole (silicone spray, WD-40, even baby oil or coconut oil).

I just discovered you through Thingiverse. Your designs are so cool and fun! Are there more keychain products coming out? I would love to print these and have them on my work desk to fidget with haha. I love them old cowboy revolver gun, hope you can come up with something related in the future. Keep up the good work!

Maybe you can find someone to print it for you? People with printers usually don't mind printing things for a small fee (material, electricity). Especially since this is not a long print at all (1-2 hours). 🙂

Is there any way to do this with a larger rubber band?
Not much thicker one, but if the rubber band is too long, you can try cutting it shorter and sticking the knot inside the handle. I haven't tried myself though.
this is awsome! great work! just made mine, sometimes the bolt doesnt lock back when i pull the slide but other than that its perfect!
You can try adding some lubricant between the spring and the firing pin. The spring can catch on the pin while it's rotating and turn it back enough to not allow the bolt to catch.
