Russia did not colonize Africa but due to the west propaganda and the sickness of colonial mentality and this act of colonial interference in installing puppet leaders we still depending on west. but in resent days Africans are awakening up taking out puppets leaders. when Russia is strong then it will bring about power balance in the world.
