Not really a question but maybe do some "filming location" retrospective videos. I know you still frequent some of the same places but maybe some of the one off places like visiting that gas station where your buddy was watching Spice, lol! Also I appreciate the content. I said it before but I'll say it again I graduated in 97 as well and grew up in the area as well (Clifton) so the videos, especially from the high school days resonnate with me.

Nick! First stumbled onto your videos last summer and have become a huge fan since. I understand your passion for film eventually transitioned into a career as a programmer. How did you go about making the leap from fan to curator, and what challenges face the film exhibition industry today?

Yeah it's cool to see how it all looked before. I grew up right here in this area around the mall in the Lehigh Valley. It was way freaking cooler back then than it is now. Stupid HH Greg where that theater used to be so freaking lame. Cool video. Thanks for sharing.

Grunge will always be my #1 i was only 5 or 6 in 95 depending on the month. I really wish i had been 20 in 92 so I could have seen all my bands live! The only ones alive are groule, Cantrell and Eddie. What a time to be alive! I miss the 90s.

My nearest Suncoast hung around until around this same time in 2008 actually. It was my favorite place to go for physical media and not seeing it at my mall anymore after that was really depressing.

I still miss Suncoast. You are lucky that store was still hanging on in 2008. The last one I went to closed in early 2007.

1998. I was just a kid. Obsessing over Resident Evil 2 and Tomb Raider 2. Watched many good movies in theaters and by renting movies with my dad and brother. We were too poor to buy games or movies so it made me and my brother have a deeper appreciation for things we got and did at the time.

And movies that came out that year too like the matrix the mummy South Park bigger longer and uncut the iron giant eyes wide shut the Blair witch Project wild wild West Star Wars episode 1 the Phantom Menace the sixth sense mystery man Tarzan and toy story 2

1999 was a great year because that’s the year the Sopranos Family Guy SpongeBob SquarePants dragon tales Batman beyond rocket power Law and order SVU the PJs Futurama Mickey Mouse works the Amanda show and The West Wing premiered

I think I was in a bar that night. In Quebec, it's 18 years old and I was 17 years old, but it was easy to enter a bar in my town back then hehehe. The December 31, it closed at 5 AM. Today there is only one pub still open, the others closed during the pandemic.
