Tool Shed base on a slope
If you are looking to build a quick diy tool shed in your backyard, this video might help. I did this project on a bit of a slope and I tried to keep the digging to a minimum. Following are the materials I used
7-7 RBM ROUGHNECK SHED(-551125) (Rubbermaid)
2 X 4 X 8 BROWN PT WOOD
4X8 5/8 IN 15.5MM BRN TREATED PLYWOOD
Wood screws
9 Deck Blocks and 3 12X12 inch slabs
washed gravel
landscaping fabric and pins

DIY Dining Room Transformation

Here is a video of the Stone house and blacksmith tower I built before downing Moder. There is plenty of space in the tower to put additional crafting station before plains. The benefit of tower structures is that you can put the bed and throne upstairs and you can get the full resting buff while you work downstairs on crafting station. Would this work for an 8 x 10 shed?
It will. Only thing you need to consider is that the slope is not very high.
@@farrukh181 Thanks so much! How is this holding up since you've built it? Based on your description, I was also thinking of using 2 x 4. I've watched a bunch of other videos and the use 2 x 6. And they also double up at each end as well to make it strong but I don't think we could do that with this setup.
@@mindfulmagician7550 no issues holding good. 2X4 is enough for this kinda size

I did my base but it’s slightly larger than the shed. Around 1 foot each sides. Should I worry about accelerating the rooting process of the plywood?
larger base should not be a problem if the plywood is pressure treated. even if it is not then you can sand and stain the exposed area to protect it from the elements
What did you do for the ramp to get things in and out?
I didn’t do anything for the ramp since the slope is not that severe
How much did you spend just on the base for the shed?
around 300. depends on the type of wood you are using too
How does it stand the test of time? Any shifting at all?
no shifting yet, going on good so far

For sure, same build easier to do on level ground.
That looks very simple! Thank you for posting. Been looking into getting a 7x7 shed but do not have a level spot in our yard. Kept finding videos about digging the whole foundation and laying gravel down to level. Your video is a much simpler option and most likely cheaper than paying a landscaper.
